Guests will get safety instructions before the ride takes off. Weight plays a vital role in this activity. Therefore, anyone above 100kg is strictly prohibited on the flight.
This powerful aircraft does not amiss in giving a panoramic view to its passengers. Plus the aircraft may seem like a brother of the helicopter but it is way unique in design and some of its functionalities. Everyone must bring their original ID as age proof since the minimum age requirement is 17 years. These are the two primary criteria to try the ride. How to Redeem?
- Kindly bring your e-tickets to the activity site for verification.
- Place the e-ticket against the scanner at the turnstile.
- Once the scanning is done, you can begin with the activity.
Essential Information
- Everyone must bring their valid ID when coming for the ride.
- Guests must arrive at the location 30 minutes before the activity begins.
- Check the booking details for the time mentioned. It is the arrival time at the activity location.
- A person should not be more than 100 kg of weight or below 17 years old to try the ride.
- Guests must wear athletic clothes (t-shirts and joggers). However, the T-shirts must have sleeves.
- Choose sneakers or sports shoes without buckles or studs.
- Avoid wearing sleeveless tops, collared shirts, or shorts during the activity. Moreover, platform shoes or heels are a strict no.
- The activity highly depends on the weather conditions. Therefore, it might remain closed due to poor weather conditions on the activity day.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t have any cancellation policy against the tickets. Once the tickets are booked, you cannot cancel them, else it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
Child Policy
- Kids under 17 years cannot participate in the activity for safety reasons.
- Children above 17 years old must pay the adult charges to book tickets to the activity.

Is there a dress code for the ride?
There is no particular dress code but you should come in comfortable sportswear like sleeved t-shirts, joggers with sneakers, and sports shoes.
